Welcome to The Yerid (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile app and website (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.


1. Overview of the Platform

The Yerid provides a listing-based platform where users can browse and submit posts in various categories such as housing, jobs, services, items for sale, and other classifieds. Users can create an account using their name, email, and password. Listings may include contact information such as phone numbers or email addresses, allowing users to communicate outside the Platform. We do not provide messaging tools within the app.


2. User Accounts
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and posting listings.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

3. Posting Listings
  • All listings are subject to manual review before going live.
  • You may be required to edit a listing before it can be approved.
  • Listings may be resubmitted if minor corrections are needed (e.g., typos, formatting issues).
  • Listings that contain inappropriate or prohibited content will be immediately rejected without an opportunity to revise, and may result in account suspension or banning.

4. Payments and Refunds
  • All payments are handled through a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store or access your credit card or billing details directly.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, including if your listing is rejected for violating our content guidelines.
  • Payment does not guarantee publication of your listing.
  • If you do not comply with the submission guidelines, your listing may be held for revision, rejected, or banned without a refund.
  • You are encouraged to carefully review your submission before completing payment.

5. Content Standards

You agree not to submit any content that:

  • Contains sexually explicit material or pornography
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or harassment
  • Infringes on any intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove or reject any listing at our sole discretion and to ban any user who violates these content standards.


6. Platform Use and Responsibilities
  • You use the Platform at your own risk.
  • We do not mediate or participate in any user-to-user interactions or transactions.
  • We are not responsible for any issues that may arise between users, including but not limited to scams, disputes, misrepresentations, or failed transactions.
  • Listings that facilitate or advertise illegal goods or services are strictly prohibited.

7. Moderation and Enforcement
  • We manually review all listings.
  • We may allow a user to resubmit a listing once if it requires small corrections.
  • If a listing violates our standards (e.g., offensive or dangerous content), it will be rejected and the user may be banned with no refund.
  • There is no formal appeal process through the app. Users may contact support via email or WhatsApp if they believe their listing was wrongly rejected.

8. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Platform, excluding user-submitted listings, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of listings.
  • We are not responsible for any damages arising out of user-submitted content or off-platform interactions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the Platform and update the date at the top. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United States. We reserve the right to specify jurisdiction in future revisions.
