• App version and crash reports

• Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics tracking site usage (page views, bounce rates, etc.)

d) Payment Information

• We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
• You are not required to submit billing information directly to us, but Stripe may collect your name, email, IP address, and payment method.
• We store billing-related metadata such as Stripe customer IDs, receipt info, or transaction logs to confirm successful payments.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate and maintain your user account
• Publish, review, and manage your submitted listings
• Send push notifications for account activity (e.g., approvals, resubmissions, expirations)
• Respond to support requests
• Process payments through Stripe
• Monitor and improve app functionality (via crash data and usage analytics)

Note: We do not send marketing emails or promotional communications.

3. Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications about:

• Listing status (approval, rejection, resubmission)
• Expiration alerts
• System updates relevant to your account

You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Cookies are used on our website for session management, navigation, and improving user experience.

• Firebase Analytics

These tools track anonymized user behavior and usage metrics. This helps us understand how users interact with the Platform and how to improve the service.

Your information is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (planned: DigitalOcean or equivalent). We enforce HTTPS across all connections and use encrypted storage where appropriate.

Password data is stored in encrypted form using industry-standard hashing. All communications between your device and our servers are protected using TLS/SSL encryption.

We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse of your information.

6. Data Retention

• Your account and listing data are retained as long as your account remains active.
• Expired listings may be hidden from public view but remain accessible in your dashboard.
• You may request permanent deletion of your account, and we will comply within a reasonable timeframe (unless legally required to retain data).
